A work that starts from the personal research (considering the origins of the Roma brothers Giagnotti), cultural and artistic intended to discover how the habits and customs of the Roma families / Salento (Apulia-Southern Italy) settled a long time have changed. Through audio interviews and video shot from fairs and markets, intimate stories, draw what would later become Gitanistan. Sounds from the Mediterranean and the "pizzica pizzica" dance music of Apulia, and electrified melodies meet contemporary rhythms. Pizziche Arab Andalusian flavor, Occitan bourree and farandoles meets tammurriate from Campania. Echoes of flamenco are combined with the Balkan brass bands.
