It’s a crossover project between classic, popular and world music, connecting East and West through 12 tracks (11 instrumental and 1 song) for orchestra, piano and ethnic instruments. Globalization shows here its best face: contact with other cultures reveals the mistery of unknown and Meetings express  this new multi-cultural approach.

Tito Rinesi carried out his fourth album mainly with the help of Orchestra di Roma  (formed by the best soloists of Teatro dell’Opera di Roma) conducted by Michele Fedrigotti  (piano concertist, former musicians with Franco Battiato and Alice).

Guest musicians: Ares Tavolazzi (double bass), Carlo Cossu (violin and viola), Paolo Botti (viola), Paolo Innarella (flute), Roberto Laneri (clarinet, bass clarinet), Nicola Alesini (soprano saxophone), Andrea Piccioni (tamburello, kanjira, riq, zills, def, tar, doholla, zilli def, bendir), Paolo Modugno (daf, bendir, krakeb, zills), Desiree Infascelli (accordeon), Piero Grassini (mandolin), Siamak Guran (persian tambur), Alex Romagnoli (choir), Michele Fedrigotti (piano and harpsichord), Tito Rinesi (composition, bouzouki, surmandal, sampling & sequencing, voice).

An original and vibrant sound arises from the happy marriage between the classical instruments (violins, celli, piano, oboe, horns) and those from the jazz (clarinet, soprano saxophone) and the ethnic area (bouzouki, accordeon, frame drums). A winding and wrapping wave ravishes the listener from the very first notes and continues through 12 wonderful tracks right till the end.
