This disc continues the musical explorations of the liscio dances of Romagna, among the many tradtitional dances that were in use up to the Second World War and that still exist today in the memories of elderly musicians and dancers. (saltarelli, manfrine, furlane, quadriglie, veneziane, galleto, roncastalda, trescone, ballinsei, vanderina, etc) These are important recordings, when one considers the gradual disappearance of the archaic musical forms.
