UTOPIA AMERICANA Reloaded started as the audio catalogue of two important concerts series held in the early nineties in two Italian Cities – Torino and Mestre (Venice).

Soon after starting to compile the CD tracklist we discovered to have in our hand more than a sample of two music events. We were able to put together a list of artists and tracks able to go well beyond the original scope.

In this collection you will find unissued tracks by legendary composers like (Steve REICH and David BEHRMAN) till new comers (in the nineties) like (Ben NEILL).
You will find pieces from the historical Minimalism repertoire like the first two movements of the world premiere of «Music for 18 Musicians» and the version of «Music for Pieces of Woods» performed by the composer himself, to the eletronics world of David Behrman and Jon HASSELL, from the music poetry presented by Allen GINSBERG, the most important American poet after WWII to the classic jazz (Steve LACY), here presenting a Thelonious Monk's classic, and John ZORN's post free.
