The bhangra is a folk dance of the Punjab region of North of India and is part of the culture of these lands. In its traditional form is characterized by the sounds of bhangra dhol, a two-headed drum and rhythm to create a powerful dance, flirtatious, fun and exuberant, usually played by men. Today, bhangra is not just an expression of Indian tradition of the Punjab, but has become part of pop music scene and, in some cases, has even managed to climb on top of the charts.
