Since the first time her blue eyes saw a bagpipe when she was 3 years old to the time she starts her professional career with 20, Susana´s dreams have always had the music of her homeland as a backdrop. Melodies and songs of Galicia, in one way or another, marked her life and musical growth. Now in this work, she paid tribute from the perspective of a long experience, backed by the strength of her live concerts in recent years.
“Os soños que volven” is a look back on the Galician music tracks that was left in the Susana Seivane´s soul. The melodies, which draw the echoes of her childhood, crop up with all the authenticity of her voice and her bagpipes, supported by the fun and modern arrangements made by Susana and her own band.
The album consists of 14 titles that suggest times and places of special significance in her life. Most issues are mixtures of traditional pieces, but also have room for a song by Carlos Justo, another by Julio Amado, and Nazario Gonzalez “Moxenas" three great composers of works with a real Galician taste.
“Os Soños que Volven” see the light, 10 years after the release of her first album "Susana Seivane". Since then, "Alma de Buxo" and "Mares de Tempo" were revealing the artistic evolution of Susana who never forgot the melodies of her homeland. That melodies of her first dreams that today she shows as only she knows how: with her bagpipes and his sweet voice.
