“Rosa canta e cunta” is a new work by the most representative singer of the Sicilian popular musical tradition, one of the women's voices who have most contributed to the tradition and the memory of the popular song. What is remarkable about this record is that 8 out of 16 songs have never been released before, in any of the Rosa Balesrieri's records. But also the other 8 tracks can be considered unreleased, since they are present in a version never known before.
